Refund policy

Goods such as home goods, books, etc can be exchanged for store credit or a new item within 10 days of purchase. All items must be unused, in mint condition.

Apothecary, pantry, paper goods, local art items, personal and sale items are final sale. All discounted and sale items are final sale. 

To return items bought online, send an email to info@famofthings.com with a note as to why you are returning. We will provide return instructions if approved, and you are responsible for return shipping fees. A credit will be issued as soon as the item is received in good condition.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us and include pictures of the item within 48 hours at info@famofthings.com. Please include pictures of the box and packing material as well. 

Please note: All return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
